Communication: We check our Ebay store every day sometimes multiple times a day to answer your questions.
Shipping Time: Remember we can not ship until your payment clears. We also can not ship
on the weekends. So an auction paid for Friday night can not be shipped out until
Tuesday as we are closed on Mondays. We ship over 90% of our Ebay packages our next business day, after that it is up
to UPS and USPS (Post Office) to deliver your package to you.
Shipping & Handling Fees: All of our fees are listed on the auction page. We have no
hidden charges or shipping fees. You always know up front what the shipping charges are.
Keep in mind that over 95% of the time we used brand new boxes to ship your order. These
cost us any where from 50 cents to $3.00 each! If the item is sent via USPS we must
pay our employees to drive to the post office to drop off the packages. Please keep these
facts in mind when giving us feedback.
Did you know the rating you give us effects our charges on Ebay? It does, and with a higher rating
