What do I do about Black or Discolored Fins on one Side ?
This is caused by the cutting action of our CO2 Laser!
The Laser is basically burning the plastic.
The underside that sits on our air flow cutting grid often gets
some blow back of burnt material. You may often see a diamond shape
pattern from our airflow table grid.
To clean use soap and water and possibly a scrubbie, a Mr.Clean Pad
works wonders. If all else fails use some 600 wet/dry sandpaper to remove
the marks.
If you desire to paint these fins a scrubbie or fine sandpaper should be use
to help the paint adherer to the surface.
